Every dollar you spend earns you a point. Plus you can stack bonus points by doing the small stuff:

• Subscribe to our newsletter — 25 points
• It's your birthday — 100 points, every year
• Leave a written product review — 50 points (verified purchase only)
• Add a photo or video review — 100 points (verified purchase only)
• Refer a friend who buys — 250 points
• Follow us on social — 25 points each platform (one-time)
• Sign up for your first subscription — 200 bonus points

How to redeem your points

The more you save up, the better the redemption. Pick any reward as soon as you have enough points:

Points don't expire as long as you've placed an order in the last 12 months.

Membership tiers

Spend more, get more. Every customer starts at Bronze. As your lifetime spend grows, your tier rises automatically — no action required on your end.

Bronze (default)

• 1 point per $1 spent
• All standard perks above

Silver — earned at $250 lifetime spend

• 1.25 points per $1
• Free shipping at $25+ (vs. $30+ standard)
• 5% birthday discount

Gold — earned at $750 lifetime spend

• 1.5 points per $1
• Free shipping at $20+
• 10% birthday discount
• 3-day early access to seasonal releases (Holiday Blend, Pumpkin Spice, Candy Cane, etc.)
• Members-only Roaster's Choice — four limited-batch coffees per year, members only

Subscriber — active subscription on file

• Treated as Silver minimum, regardless of spend
• Auto-promoted to Gold at $500 lifetime spend
• All subscriber-only perks (early access, member releases)

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign up?
Just create an account at checkout or in the header of our site. Your points start counting from your next order.

How do I check my points balance?
Sign in to your account dashboard. You'll see your current balance, your tier, and what reward is closest.

Do my points expire?
Only if you stop ordering. Place at least one order every 12 months and your points stay.

What if I cancel my subscription?
You keep all the points you've earned, and your tier doesn't drop unless your lifetime spend would put you in a lower one. Subscribers automatically qualify for Silver tier perks; that benefit goes away when the subscription ends, but you keep your earned tier from spending.

Can I gift my points?
Not yet — but if there's demand, let us know.
